No. The agreement of this container is to respect the sovereignty of each individual. With that in mind, each participant is expected to take full responsibility for their unique health needs and desires. 

Due to the sensitive nature of these times, we must be fully transparent with you so as to mitigate any conflict for our guests at this gathering. You must be comfortable being at a retreat where there will be NO masks or social distancing, and lots of hugs and touch. If that doesn’t feel comfortable for you, then lovingly, this is not the retreat you're looking for. 

We also expect the utmost integrity and respect for the health and safety of the group. If you suspect you are sick or carrying any infectious disease we ask that you refrain from participation. Please contact the retreat hosts if you are feeling sick.

The answer to that question lies in your heart, body and Soul. It’s a knowingness you have deep inside. A knowing that you are being called HOME to your Self and your Soul Family. We invite you to trust the feeling in your heart and body. This isn’t about us selling you on this retreat but about opening the door for those who know they are meant to walk through.

Check in on Thursday, September 9th begins at 12pm PST. We will begin the Opening Ceremony promptly at 3:33pm PST.

Please plan to arrive as close to 12pm as possible to give yourself time to get nestled in your cottage and begin your grounding process with the land.

Check out is on September 14th. You are invited to stay and integrate your experience on the land for the day once the retreat has closed if you would like. If you need to make travel arrangements for our closing day, we plan to complete by 1pm. 

Note: We highly recommend staying an additional night to integrate your experience. The shifts in your energy and consciousness will be truly profound and you will likely need great rest and ease in re-entering your world. PLEASE make arrangements to be easy with yourself and allow space and time to integrate. It is not recommended to travel immediately after the retreat ends.  

You are welcome to book additional night(s) at the retreat center after the experience if you feel called. You must reserve and make payment arrangements with the property manager ahead of time to guarantee availability of accommodations for any additional nights stay. Meals are not included with any additional nights unless arranged directly with the staff.

If you are flying:

Fly into Phoenix (Phoenix Sky Harbor Aiport) or Flagstaff (Flagstaff Pullium Airport). You can take a shuttle from Phoenix or Flagstaff to arrive in Sedona. However, we highly recommend that you rent a car so your arrival and departure can be fully in the flow of your heart’s highest excitement.

September weather in Sedona is warm - plan for temperatures in the high 80’s/ low 90’s during the day, high 50’s/ low 60’s in the evening. This is an on average estimate - we all know Mother Nature is always in the flow, so please plan accordingly.

Relish in your 5 night stay in cozy, updated log cottages fully equipped with electricity and AC/ heating.  Each cottage is adorned with wide open sky lights to view the starry night sky from your bed as well as a balcony to soak in the view of the surrounding national forest and Sedona red rocks.

You will share a cabin with another same-sex retreat participant.  Yes, you absolutely will have your own bed. 

 A single cabin is available for an additional nightly charge and only granted if there is space to do so.  Please communicate directly with the facilitators if you would like to request a private room.

Each cottage is assigned their own bathroom in a bathhouse that is a short walk from the cottages. Each bathroom has a full shower, vanity and toilet and is squeaky clean and updated. It’s even equipped with a hair dryer so don’t worry about packing that! Not to mention the smell of fresh wood...ahhhhh!!!

You can expect to encounter the perfect animal messengers for you, each one with their own medicine and teachings. Common sightings in the area include javelina, hawks, snakes (sometimes even rattlesnakes), scorpions, roadrunners, deer, birds, bats, otter, mountain lions, and a variety of insects and butterflies. 

It is always recommended that you use appropriate caution and respect as you would in any wilderness experience. 

Yes!  And this is one of our favorite parts.  The food is divine! You will receive dinner on Thursday, breakfast, lunch and dinner Friday through Monday, and breakfast on Tuesday. The food is organic to the highest possible degree, is non-GMO, is freshly made and unprocessed and does not contain soy, refined sugar, or other questionable ingredients. The food is prepared with awareness and love in a high-vibrational space and provides a nourishing experience on all levels. 

Absolutely. Upon acceptance you will be sent information on how to inform our chef of your allergies, dietary preferences, desires and needs to ensure there is always something incredibly nourishing for you to enjoy. We will have you provide your needs, and we will do our best to accommodate.  For those with extremely detailed dietary needs, please plan to bring supplemental food just in case. 

Yes. If you would like to bring any additional food or snacks, there will be a refrigerator and cabinet space to store it in the dining hall.  Please note no meat or fish is allowed on the property.  Dairy products are acceptable. 

No.  Because we eat three meals a day, we haven’t found snacks to be necessary.  However if you know you like to snack, get extra hungry when doing transformational work or just like to have things with you, please feel free to bring whatever you like.

Sacred Water.

For the entire immersion, we will be drinking and bathing in water straight from Mother Gaia herself - supplied by the wells beneath the land. The water from the wells on the property is not only good tasting, it is highly activated. The three wells have been determined as having different energies. The well by the garden has a physical quality, by the Light House you find a heart/mind vibration, by the guest cabins the water has an emotional nature. The water has been chemically tested and Dr. Emoto's lab took photos of the waters. Dr. Emoto said, “This water has the power of the Angels.”

We ask that you come prepared to turn your cellphone OFF (yes off) for the entire retreat other than for moments of taking pictures. Cell phone reception is very limited. There is no Wi-Fi (other than in the office). This is to allow the time for yourself to truly go within and unplug from the matrix. Prior to coming, request from your loved ones and clients an entire weekend free of disruption from the outside world - unless of course you absolutely MUST check in. In that case there is a telephone available in the Lodge/ Dining Room. Try to fully honor the sacred container and fully disconnect from the external so you may fully receive the internal.

A wide open heart 

Comfy clothes - in layers! You want to move well, breathe well and just BE. Please bring layers so you can easily adjust your temperature between movement and stillness, day and night. 

Hiking shoes are ideal for the land, but comfy sneakers will work just perfectly.

Slippers/ socks for inside the buildings (if you don’t want bare feet)

Bathing suit/ bathing towel for swimming in the creek 

Water shoes (if you like them)

Large refillable water bottle

A Flashlight - outdoor lighting is minimal, honoring the famous Arizona clear night sky

Toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray, any personal essentials. (Please leave perfumes and incense at home) 

Any extras that make you feel warm and fuzzy, safe and supported

You'll also receive a special Retreat Journal upon arrival (spoiler alert!), so no need to bring a notebook. Of course, if you have a special personal journal or pen, feel free.

Rest and deep healing sleep is of extreme importance to support the nature of the work we will be doing. Breakfast will be around 8 everyday. Our activities will officially begin around 9 or 10. We are NOT 5am morning yoga people so there will be no early morning group activities.

Locals you are welcome to drive, there is plenty of parking. From the airport you can rent a car, uber or taxi to the retreat location. There will be a Facebook page where you can connect with other retreat attendees prior to the experience to collaborate on renting cars or people driving in who can pick you up at the airport on their drive in to help make your transition easy. 

Please note the road into the property is a long, bumpy, dirt road. Most cars handle it just fine, but if you are concerned about having your car on a long, very bumpy road please make other arrangements.

This is YOUR retreat. You are the Shaman, you are the Guru, you are the Nurturer of your own Soul. If something doesn't fully align with your heart’s greatest excitement, then you are encouraged to follow exactly that. 

With that said, we will be there to invite each of you to push past the boundaries of what's comfortable and surrender to the unknown - the terrain where true awakening, elevation and transformation take place. Please let us know if you’re going to skip one of the group experiences. Not showing up without communication will be cause for concern and we will send someone to look for you.  Please don’t make us do that.

No refunds or cancellations at any time. There may be extenuating circumstances we will consider, but once you’re in, we ask you to honor your agreements to yourselves, to us and to each other. 

• No smoking, no drinking, no recreational drugs are permitted on the premises at any time.
• Please be considerate of individuals with sensitivities by not using scented candles, incense, perfumes, scented aerosol products, heavily scented lotions, oils and soaps.
• The bathrooms contain environmentally friendly shampoos and soaps, and a hairdryer.
• No fires without the permission from the staff. Be extremely cognizant to prevent wildfires.
• Limited driving on the premises (only for loading purposes). Parking in designated areas only.
